Natch tips:

Using frozen fruit is the key to a perfect smoothie. It’s what gives smoothies their rich creamy texture. Trust us, we’re pros at this.

Skip store bought brands that may have added oils and sugar. Make your own peanut butter at home. All it takes is a bag of peanuts and a blender.

Kick it up a notch by switching out our caramel coconut chips for our chili coconut chips. Warning: be prepared for an explosion of flavor.
